Products must be checked in front of the delivery man and returned instantly.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original, unused condition and packaging.

For services, if you are not satisfied with your consultation or program, please contact us within 3 days of the service to discuss your concerns and find a suitable resolution.

Product name and reason for return
Photos (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 3 business days.

  1. Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the item is faulty or damaged upon receipt.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you’d like to exchange a product for a different size, color, or item, please follow the return process and place a new order. Exchange availability is subject to stock.
